To ensure compatibility with your devices, the power stations support a maximum power of 300W. If you plan to use multiple devices simultaneously, make sure the total power consumption does not exceed 400W. The power station's runtime can be estimated using the formula: Runtime ≈ 179.2Wh * 0.85 / power of your device (0.85 represents an 85% conversion rate), although actual duration may vary based on usage conditions.

For those with CPAP machines, the 179.2Wh capacity may not sustain use throughout the entire night. In such cases, we recommend considering a power station with a larger capacity to ensure uninterrupted sleep.

If you notice any discrepancies between the displayed power and the actual power, or if the power drains too quickly, this is likely not a malfunction. The BMS (Battery Management System) display may be inaccurate after prolonged storage. To calibrate the BMS, simply recharge and discharge the power station twice.

To charge the NEO Power Stations using solar panels, the recommended input specifications are 10-30V DC, 4A (Max. 90W), with a VOC (Open Circuit Voltage) of 18-35V. A 22.5V, 4A (90W) solar panel is suggested.
